The official mobile application e-Urząd Skarbowy, developed by the Ministry of Finance, has been released in Poland!
e-Urząd Skarbowy allows you to easily and securely manage your taxes directly from your smartphone. The app is available in Polish, English and Ukrainian.
What issues will the app help solve?
- Filing of tax returns (PIT, CIT, VAT, PCC, SD) and registration forms.
- Obtaining certificates and other documents from tax authorities.
- Payment of taxes and fines online.
- Verification of information on tax settlements, refunds and arrears.
- Managing powers of attorney and access to notarial acts.
- Communication with the tax office without visiting the office.
How do I download the app?
The e-Urząd Skarbowy app is available free of charge in official shops
applications:
- For Android (versions 9.0 or higher): Google Play Store
- For iOS (versions 13 or higher): App Store
Methods of authorisation:
- ProMl Zaufany (Trusted Profile)
- e-Dowód (Electronic Identity Card)
- The mObywatel app
- Internet banking (PKO BP, ING, mBank and others)
After the first authorisation using one of these methods, subsequent logins to the app can be done using a PIN or biometrics, providing fast and secure access.
Who can use the app?
The application is intended for individuals, including foreign nationals, who have a PESEL or NIP number. It is planned to expand the functionality for organisations and entrepreneurs in the future.
Data security
The app is designed to meet modern security standards.
Personal data is not stored on the device, minimising the risk of losing it if your smartphone is lost or stolen. In addition, access to the app can be disabled via the web version of e-Urząd Skarbowy, providing an additional level of protection.
